For the most accurate results, remove ay bulky layers or compressive tops. We recommend wearing an unlined bra because of its natural shape.
Wrap a measuring tape around your back and bring the ends of the tape forward—keeping it directly under your bust and parallel to the floor. Make sure it’s snug, but not too tight. This number (in inches) will help you determine what band size you should typically look for in a bra.
Now wrap the measuring tape around your back and bring the ends of the tape forward across the fullest part of your bust—again keeping it snug, but not too tight. This number (in inches) will help you determine what cup size you should typically look for in a bra.
Subtract your ribcage measurement from your bust measurement. The difference of these two measurements (in inches) will determine your cup size using the measurement charts below. For example: A difference of 4 inches is an A cup, a difference of 5 inches is a B cup, and so on.

Your bra should be comfortably flush against your skin. If it’s squeezing, digging, gaping, or moving around during the day—it’s probably not the right size.
All of your breast tissue should be contained within the underwire of the bra. If you have any breast tissue falling directly underneath the underwire, go up a cup size!
The band of your bra should be parallel to the floor. If it’s riding up your back, that means you either need to go down a band size, or loosen the shoulder straps a bit.
